This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and, when it launches, our iOS app — how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. This policy covers the Still Petals website at stillpetals.com, including the waitlist form, and the Still Petals iOS app when it is released, including account features, subscriptions, and the in-app listening experience. Where a feature isn't yet live, we say so. We'll update this policy before launching features that involve materially new types of data.
Right now, on the website: the only personal information we collect is your email address, when you choose to join our waitlist and give express consent to receive communications. Our website host, Netlify, also processes standard server log data — including IP addresses and browser information — as a technical necessity of delivering the site.

We don't intentionally collect sensitive information, including health information, biometric data, or information about your mental health. Still Petals is a general relaxation and wellbeing product, not a health service. If a future feature would require sensitive information, we'll update this policy and seek appropriate consent before collecting it.
Directly from you, when you join the waitlist, create an account, or use the app; automatically, through standard server logs and, once the app is live, analytics and crash-reporting tools; and from Apple, if you use Apple's sign-in service.
We don't use your personal information for advertising targeting or automated decisions that have significant effects on you.
If you join our waitlist, you'll receive emails from Still Petals only if you've given express consent by ticking the checkbox on our form. Our email marketing is sent through Brevo.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing privacy@stillpetals.com. We'll process unsubscribe requests promptly.
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate Still Petals, and only for the purposes described in this policy:
We may share information where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Still Petals, our users, or others.
The current Still Petals website uses only essential technical services. Our host, Netlify, processes standard server log data as part of delivering the site. Our website currently loads fonts from Google's servers (Google Fonts), which involves a request to Google's infrastructure — we're working to remove this by self-hosting fonts.
We don't currently use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking pixels, or social media trackers. We may add privacy-respecting analytics or measurement tools in future — through Netlify, Brevo, or a dedicated provider. If and when we do, this section will be updated to identify the specific tools and their purpose before they're activated.
We use AI tools internally for tasks including writing, design, content development, and business operations. We take care not to include identifiable personal information about our users when using these tools. Your personal information — including your email address — is not shared with AI providers for the purpose of training their models or personalising their products. Some of our service providers are based outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union, as noted above. When we share information with overseas providers, we take reasonable steps to ensure it's handled with appropriate care.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Our service providers maintain their own security controls. No electronic storage or transmission is completely secure — we can't guarantee absolute security, and we encourage you to use a strong password for your account.
If the app supports account creation, in-app account deletion will be available from launch, in line with Apple's App Store requirements. On deletion, your account data will be removed in line with the retention schedule above; some information may be kept for a limited period to meet legal or financial obligations. You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request access to or a copy of it, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion (subject to any legal obligations), withdraw consent for direct marketing at any time, and make a complaint about how we've handled your information.

Still Petals is intended for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we hold such information, we'll remove it promptly.
