Welcome to Still Petals. By using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
Still Petals is a sleep and relaxation application designed to help users wind down and rest. The App provides guided breathing exercises, meditations, sleep stories, soundscapes, and related wellness content.
Still Petals is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The content in this App is for general wellness and relaxation purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you experience persistent sleep difficulties, insomnia, or other health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile settings.
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the App, using the App for any unlawful purpose, or distributing App content without permission.
All content in the App — including text, audio recordings, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Still Petals and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Still Petals may offer subscription plans ("Still Petals Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Still Petals and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Still Petals, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
